Solution for small companies to create online project centers and keep track of the various tasks involved. Once you have an account, you can create new projects in it and add members to your team in seconds. You can specify whether a project is internal only, or whether you'll be working with an outside client. Clients can log in to Basecamp too, to see to how work is progressing. Each Basecamp project has four main areas: a message board, to-do list, milestones section, and files. In the message board, you can post notes and images, and even request e-mail notification when someone responds to one of your posts. The to-do list is the place to enter all the tasks that need to be done, then check them off when they're completed.
