Excel2RDF is a Microsoft Windows program (exe) that converts Excel files into valid RDF. It has been tested on Windows 98, and Windows 2000 Professional. The test Excel files were created with Excel 97 SR-1.

The RDF Web Scraper is a tool that helps users specify how to extract RDF markup from these kinds of web pages. It is designed using Java and has been built upon a tool titled Running SHOE designed by Jeff Heflin, a former research assistant of Professor James Hendler.
